Responsibilities
Manage and review the overall accounting activities for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, budgets, profits, and expenses to ensure proper cost control.
Prepare annual budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts for management.
Review project costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and revenue for construction projects.
Handle GST and corporate tax matters and ensure timely submissions to IRAS.
Liaise with banks regarding company loans, financing, and cash flow requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare the necessary documents for annual audits.
