Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: None
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and handle bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices, credit notes and statements of account.
Record receipts, payments and expenses.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Check supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules.
Assist with payroll and maintain EPF, SOCSO and EIS payment records.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
Assist with SST records and submissions, where applicable.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and management.
Maintain organised financial documents for audit and tax purposes.
