Full Time PROJECT COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in WZS BUILDERS SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Provide project related information to resources, such as project specifics, requirements and deadlines.
• Responsible for ensuring a timely and efficient production flow for all projects.
• Regularly communicate with clients and internal department to identify and review project status.
• To trace and monitor project progress and closure.
• Proactively assist in communicating and compiling meeting follow-up and updates with internal and external contacts.
• Manage meetings including compilation and communication of agenda, follow-ups, and preparation, compilation and communication of minutes of meetings;
• Ability to be organized, keep a clear and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files.
• Handling any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by management from time to time, as well as anticipate production needs​.
• Assist the department in managing and organising records and database; reviewing and maintaining of departmental SOP.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
