Responsibilities
Job Description
Conduct prompt and timely pest control inspections, treatments, and follow-up services at both indoor and outdoor sites in accordance with job specifications and service schedules.
Carry out pest control services safely and effectively, following company procedures, applicable regulations, and site requirements.
Identify pest activity and potential pest-related risks, and provide appropriate recommendations on pest-proofing, housekeeping, and preventive measures to clients.
Maintain good customer service and professional relationships with clients while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and pest control materials in good and safe working condition.
Work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
Travel to various locations island-wide to carry out scheduled pest control services.
Company vehicle may be driven home after successful completion of the probation period; season parking is provided by the company.
Perform other duties related to pest control operations as assigned.
Requirements / Skills
Possess a valid
Class 3 driving licence
.
Possess a valid
NEA Pest Control Technician Licence
.
Prior pest control experience will be an advantage.
Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate and write in English.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor work and pest control activities.
Willing to travel island-wide for work assignments.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, or public holidays when required.
Able to work in different environments, including residential, commercial, industrial, and outdoor areas.
Good safety awareness and willingness to comply with workplace safety and operational procedures.
