·        Bachelor'sdegree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relatedtechnical discipline.

·        Musthave minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Java Developer, includingsignificant hands-on experience in enterprise application development.

·        Solidexperience as a Java Developer with strong object-oriented programmingfundamentals.

·        Experienceand comfort with Domain Driven Design, including bounded contexts, aggregates,entities, value objects and domain models.

·        Proficiencyin Java Design Patterns (for example: Singleton, Factory, Builder, Observer,Strategy).

·        Experiencein software architecture design (microservices, layered, event-drivenarchitectures).

·        Hands-onexperience with the latest JDK and Spring Boot framework.

·        Familiaritywith Agile and Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

·        Experiencewith containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, andOpenShift.

·        Workingknowledge of databases and storage: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3.

·        Experiencewith GitLab CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments.

·        Experiencewriting and maintaining BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) tests (for example:Cucumber, Gherkin).
