Full Time HR & Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Ocean Cool Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

At least 1–2 years of relevant HR/Admin experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.

Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Assist in recruitment, interview arrangements, and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and personal files.

Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.

Monitor staff attendance, overtime (OT), leave, and medical certificates (MC).

Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification.

Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other HR-related matters.

Assist with foreign worker documentation, work permits, and hostel administration.

Handle general office administration, filing, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
