Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $12 per hour
Working hours: 2 or 3 times a week (9am - 5pm ; 9am - 12 pm (Alt Sat) as per assigned)
Working Location: Aljunied
1 year contract (Extendable)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily payment collections, banking transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform data entry for payments, fee collections, expenses, and administrative charges.
Prepare monthly statements of accounts, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, receipts, and collection follow-ups.
Maintain petty cash records, payment vouchers, cheque issuance, and online payments.
Process payroll, CPF contributions, GST submissions, and other tax-related matters.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing and ledger reconciliation.
Handle bus insurance matters and related documentation when required.
Support the association's annual events and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Executive Secretary.
