Job Responsibilities
Merchandising Planning & Execution: Execute day-to-day merchandising activities, including product replenishment, demand forecasting, promotional and campaign planning, and follow-up on vendor claims and rebates.
AI-Assisted Merchandising & Process Improvement: Leverage AI-powered tools to support replenishment planning, inventory optimization, and merchandising analysis. Review and validate system recommendations using business knowledge and operational insights and provide feedback to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the system.
Sales & Sell-Through Performance: Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive product sell-through, improve sales performance, and support business objectives.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and product availability across retail outlets, ensuring optimal stock levels, adequate product assortment, and sufficient stock coverage to support business needs.
Supply & Order Management: Track purchase orders, order fulfilment, and incoming shipments to ensure timely deliveries and maintain continuous product supply for retail operations.
Supplier Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance, focusing on product availability, order fulfilment, replenishment reliability, and inventory efficiency.
Inventory Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records and merchandising databases in accordance with company SOPs, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in consumer electronics, IT products, or accessories merchandising.
Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data and AI-powered tools to improve merchandising decisions and processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to wo
