Project & Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: Ipoh, Perak

We are a road & drainage contractor involved in construction projects, machinery rental and self-loader transportation.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project & Contract Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all QS-related matters
• Quantity take-off, costing, prepare project budget, final account
• Prepare tenders, quotations, VO, and progress claims
• Material sourcing, ordering and coordination
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
• Handle machinery rental and self-loader transportation enquiries
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and site team
• Perform other duties when require

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field preferred
• Relevant experience is an advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Good follow-up and able to complete assigned tasks
• Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks

Salary

RM2,500 – RM3,500 depending on experience and capability.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
