Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Specialist position based in Kuala Lumpur.

The successful candidate will participate in daily face-to-face sales and marketing activities, representing client brands and engaging directly with potential customers. You will introduce products and services, explain their benefits, answer customer questions, and help drive sales through on-ground marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing activities at designated promotional sites, events, retail locations, and other campaign venues.
• Approach potential customers, introduce client products and services, and communicate their benefits effectively.
• Generate new leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Represent client brands professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and contribute to campaign results.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop leadership and business management skills for future career advancement opportunities.
