We bring Korea’s top beauty brands to Singapore shelves: Beauty of Joseon, Tirtir, Celimax, Centellian24, HOH, TCFS and more. We’re a team of 50 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.

About the role
This role sits in our Channel team and reports to the Channel Lead. Your work directly supports sales: getting our brands seen, displayed well and launched properly in retailers like Watsons and Guardian.

It’s office-based, but hands-on. You’ll plan and coordinate from your desk, work closely with our remote designer to create displays and POSM, and get out to stores and events for setups and checks.

What you’ll do

Retail displays & POSM

• Develop display, gondola and POSM concepts with our remote designer, from rough idea to final artwork.

• Brief clearly, give sharp feedback, and make sure artwork meets retailer specs and brand guidelines.

• Manage vendors from quotation to production and installation.

• Attend installations and check that displays go up as planned.

• Visit stores regularly to check execution and flag issues to the Channel team.

Events & activations

• Plan and run roadshows, pop-ups and product launches.

• Handle logistics: manpower, stock, materials, timelines and on-the-day setup.

• Be on-site to set up and run events, including some evenings and weekends.

Project & budget management

• Own the trade marketing calendar and keep projects on schedule.

• Get quotes, track budgets and report progress to the Channel Lead and Sales.

• Guide interns when needed.

Brand support (smaller part of the role)

• Coordinate product seeding and influencer sample logistics for in-store activations
  
• Outreach to influencers for Trade Marketing related activations
  

You’ll fit if you

• Have 2+ years in trade marketing, VMD, POSM, retail display or events.

• Have run real setups or installations, not just coordinated them over email.

• Have a good visual eye: you can sketch or mock up an idea and brief a designer clearly.

• Are organised enough to juggle several projects, vendors and deadlines at once.

• Like a mix of desk work and being out in stores and at events.

Nice to have

• Beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or Singapore retail experience.

• Basic Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop skills.
