Responsibilities
Work with one of the world’s most iconic beauty (multiple) brands x 30 Positions
ALL Are Welcome! (No experience needed)
Store Operations
Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)
Working hours: 8-9 hours per day (between 10am - 10.30pm)
Basic: $2,000
(Commensurate as per experienced)
Incentives + commissions + attractive benefits
Average gross salary: $4,000 – $5,500/month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
Deliver friendly, personalised service to every customer
Understand needs and recommend suitable products
Build strong customer relationships & loyalty
Beauty Consultation
Provide makeup, skincare & fragrance recommendations
Shade match and suggest routines based on customer needs
Share product knowledge, tips & trends confidently
Sales Performance
Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Promote membership programmes & campaigns
Product & Trend Knowledge
Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches
Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills
Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Replenish stock and support daily retail operations
Assist with cashiering duties when required
