Responsibilities
We're hiring for an established
luxury watch brand
looking for a Sales Associate to join their boutique team. You'll work with a premium clientele, build strong client relationships and deepen your expertise in luxury watches.

What You'll Do
Deliver a personalised luxury experience to every client
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits and sales
Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable pieces
Build strong knowledge of watch collections, craftsmanship and brand heritage
Keep up with watch and luxury retail trends
Support new product launches and client activities
Assist with stock management, visual merchandising and daily boutique operations
Maintain high standards of service and boutique presentation
What We're Looking For
At least
2 years of retail experience
, ideally in luxury, watches, jewellery or premium fashion
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets
Genuine interest in luxury products and watches
Professional with a strong service mindset
Comfortable using digital tools for clienteling and communication
