Job Summary
You will manage store operations by training staff on material handling, coordinating with production supervisors on logistics, maintaining store safety and orderliness, issuing packaging materials, planning storage and deliveries, and conducting stock audits.
Responsibilities
Train new store assistants on safe and effective material handling techniques
Coordinate and update production supervisors on product status and logistics issues
Assign daily workflow tasks to store personnel to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment through regular upkeep
Issue packaging materials to production teams accurately according to orders
Plan and organize store space to accommodate incoming and finished goods efficiently
Schedule and oversee timely delivery processes to meet production needs
Conduct stock counts and verify accuracy during audits for received and returned goods
Preferred
Ability to learn and operate forklift stacker trucks and pallet jacks safely
Competence in inspecting and packing products to meet quality standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support store documentation and reporting
Minimum education level: ‘N’ level or Secondary school completion
