Full Time Maintenance Engineer - Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Shinmax Products Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• To analyze, formulate, propose and implement maintenance strategies, budget and target based on result of machinery or equipment breakdown record analysis.
• To act as a first responder to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control system malfunction.
• To design and execute scheduled inspection routines, vibration analysis and oil monitoring to stop and prevent failures or breakdown.
• To ensure established maintenance strategies are carried out timely with the necessary level of quality.
• To keep track equipment health history, manage work orders, control and maintain adequate spare parts inventory for maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
• To manage team member availability for emergencies, unplanned breakdown and repairs.
• To coordinate external contractor, supervise technician and train operators on proper equipment handling.
• To monitor and promote workplace safety standards among workers especially when handling production related machinery or equipment.
• To continuously monitor, mentor, facilitate subordinate for skill development and upgrade.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standard requirement and compliance.
• Any other functions assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Specification:

• A minimum SKM level 3/ Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or other related field.
• At least three (3) year working experience in similar field or manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
• Able to use Autocad / Solidwork or others drawing software.
• A team player with self-motivated, result oriented and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
