Full Time Procurement Clerk Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in Wholetech System Hitech (S) Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job Descriptions

• Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents
• Coordinate with suppliers in pricing
• To ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist in the management of supplier relationships
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies
• Research potential suppliers and products
• Assist in equipment inspections and registrations
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel
• Main HQ is from Taiwan, reporting work is required.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
