Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation & Customer Service Executive to support daily logistics operations. The role involves handling shipping documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring smooth execution of freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists, and customs-related documents
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, agents, and internal teams for shipment status and updates
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain proper records and documentation in the system
• Support operations team with day-to-day logistics coordination

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping documentation
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with freight forwarding systems or logistics software
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
