Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of retail sales principles.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Passion for fashion and apparel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and appealing.

  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty.
