Full Time Client Care - Admin - Remote role Jobs, in The Physio Room Federal Territory - Maukerja

We're looking for a warm, highly organised and proactive Client Care & Operations staff to help keep the experience seamless for our clients and staff.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Selangor/KL.

4.5 Days/Week | Wednesday & Sunday Off

What you'll be doing

• Respond to new client enquiries, primarily through WhatsApp
• Coordinate appointments, rescheduling and cancellations
• Follow up with prospective clients and help arrange initial appointments
• Communicate schedule changes between clients and physiotherapists
• Send weekly appointment confirmations and manage any changes
• Support clients and provide prompt follow-ups
• Prepare invoices, receipts and basic payment follow-ups
• Keep client and scheduling records organised and up to date
• Support our physiotherapists with day-to-day operational matters
• Handle routine issues independently and escalate when needed

Who we're looking for

You don't necessarily need healthcare experience. We're more interested in someone who is:

• Excellent at communicating over WhatsApp
• Warm, patient and professional with clients and families
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proactive - you enjoy solving problems rather than simply passing them on
• Comfortable coordinating multiple schedules
• Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours
• Able to communicate confidently in English (Other languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working independently from home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop
• Driving licence and own transport are a plus, but not required

Experience in customer service, client care, hospitality, sales support, healthcare administration or operations would be an advantage.

Working arrangement

Fully remote - Selangor / KL only

5 days/week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (half day)

Off: Wednesday & Sunday
