About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Strategic Project Manager to lead international shopfitting and interior fit-out projects from award through completion. The role carries full responsibility for project delivery, profitability, customer satisfaction and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project profitability, gross margin and successful project outcomes. • Monitor project performance through EPICOR, including budgets, forecasts, costs, invoicing and project margins. • Liaise with Production, Engineering, Technical, Procurement and Logistics teams. • Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards. • Minimise project amendments through robust planning and stakeholder management. • Identify opportunities for value engineering and practical technical improvements. • Prepare project performance reports and manage risks proactively.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Interior Construction, Wood Technology, Architecture or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years project management experience. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • Experience using ERP systems, preferably EPICOR. • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
