Job Description

Provide strategic executive leadership, P&L oversight, and regional growth strategy across APAC Corporate Banking operations. Direct high-value institutional lending, cross-border structured finance, and trade solutions while deepening key relationships with sovereign wealth funds, regional conglomerates, and multinational corporate clients in alignment with global risk governance and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Leadership & Business Growth: Hold overall revenue and profitability accountability for the corporate banking unit, directing multi-billion-dollar credit portfolios and driving top-line organic growth across Southeast Asia.
• Institutional Client Engagement: Serve as the executive sponsor for tier-one corporate clients, facilitating high-level deal structuring, syndicated loans, project finance, and capital market transactions.
• Credit Risk & Portfolio Governance: Oversee risk mitigation frameworks, balance sheet optimization, and asset quality standards in close alignment with global risk committees and regional compliance officers.
• Regional Expansion & Innovation: Lead cross-border initiatives across APAC branches, driving sustainable finance offerings, digital transactional banking enhancements, and supply chain finance solutions.
• Executive Team Mentorship & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team of Executive Directors, Department Heads, and Senior Relationship Managers; foster a culture of operational excellence, diversity, and regulatory integrity.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–5+ years of progressive wholesale banking, institutional coverage, or capital markets experience, with at least 7+ years in C-suite or senior Managing Director operational roles within global financial institutions.
• Proven track record managing large-scale P&Ls (>$100M USD) and driving structured finance transactions across Asia-Pacific markets.
• Comprehensive technical mastery of financial regulation, credit risk modeling, treasury products, and MAS regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional executive presence, high-stakes negotiation ability, strategic foresight, and multi-country stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
