Full Time Account Cum Admin Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Nicas Industries (M) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience in full set accounts
• Knowledge and experience in e-Invoicing
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• MYOB experience is an advantage
• Odoo ERP knowledge is an added advantage

1. Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation

2. Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports

3. Handle e-Invoicing and related accounting matters

4. Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent and other external parties

5. Assist in audit, tax and year-end closing matters

6. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

7. Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

8. Maintain company fixed assets and director's motor vehicle records eg renewal of vehicle insurance & road tax
