Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Exposure to any of the following areas is an advantage:

• Competency assessment or Learning & Development (L&D)

• Training module development

• Data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Research on learning best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong research and data analysis skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage

• Basic project coordination and reporting skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with a collaborative mindset

• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities

• Support the development of functional competency frameworks and matrices in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Coordinate workshops and engagements with FCG Advisors, focal points, and SMEs

• Assist in planning and administering competency assessments for employees

• Validate competency content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance

• Provide inputs to support capability planning and development initiatives

• Ensure all activities comply with governance frameworks and quality standards

• Maintain and update competency documentation, tools, and records

• Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure sustainability and internal capability building
