Fresh graduates from Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or related fields are welcome to apply.

The Milestone Academy (TMA) is looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team in supporting children with developmental delays and special needs through structured 1:1 intervention and small group learning.

Key Responsibilities

 Implement individualised intervention programmes under supervision.

 Provide 1:1 support and small group intervention for children with special needs.

 Assist in managing and reducing challenging behaviours using appropriate intervention strategies.

 Prepare teaching materials, daily lesson plans, and session activities.

 Record students’ progress, learning responses, and behavioural data.

 Support students in communication, social, academic, self-help, and readiness skills.

 Assist in centre activities, events, training sessions, and outings.

 Communicate and collaborate with supervisors, parents, therapists, and other team members.

Requirements

️ Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or other closely related fields.

️ Passion for working with children

️ Patient, responsible, and willing to learn

️ Able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya

️ Comfortable with hands-on child support and intervention work
