HIRING: ICT PASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE, ROOMS & BIM INTERFACE ADVISOR | SINGAPORE

We are looking for a senior ICT Infrastructure professional to support a major infrastructure programme in Singapore, with a strong focus on passive ICT infrastructure, equipment rooms, BIM coordination and technical governance.

Experience: Preferably 15+ years of relevant experience

Location: Singapore

Industry: Airport / Aviation / Transport Infrastructure / Data Centres / Mission-Critical Facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advisory and governance for passive ICT infrastructure, fibre-optic and structured cabling systems.
• Review ICT equipment-room layouts, racks, cable pathways, containment, risers, ducts and manholes.
• Coordinate BIM/federated models, CSD drawings, spatial coordination, clash detection and clash closure.
• Manage interfaces across ICT, Civil, Architectural, MEP, BIM and specialist-system contractors.
• Review technical specifications, tender requirements, testing and certification evidence, project readiness and Handover / HOTO.
• Support risk, issue, change, quality and stakeholder management across complex, multi-contractor programmes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of fibre-optic infrastructure and structured copper cabling.

Experience with ICT equipment rooms, cable containment and physical infrastructure interfaces.

Practical understanding of BIM coordination, federated models and clash management.

Experience in technical governance, contractor coordination and infrastructure project delivery.

Excellent English communication, technical reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Background:

️ Airport terminals, aviation or airfield infrastructure

Rail, metro or major transport hubs

Large data centres and mission-critical facilities

Qualifications: A degree or equivalent professional experience in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, PMP, ITIL, COBIT, BICSI/RCDD or relevant fibre/cabling qualifications are advantageous.

Ideal candidates: Senior technical advisors, ICT infrastructure leads, telecom infrastructure managers, passive infrastructure specialists and ICT/BIM interface managers with experience in complex infrastructure programmes.
