• Proactively identify, approach, and secure new customers to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition, revenue, and sales targets.
• Identify and pursue potential customers and target markets within the food service, hospitality, retail, distribution, and other relevant industries.
• Generate and develop new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, customer visits, and other business development channels.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by proactively following up on prospects and converting qualified leads into new business opportunities.
• Conduct business presentations, product introductions, customer meetings, and negotiations, while preparing quotations and proposals in accordance with company guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and customer engagement through to order conversion and account development.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and account expansion.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and provide relevant insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements, orders, and deliveries are effectively managed, while maintaining accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
