Responsibilities
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented HR enthusiast looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time HR Assistant to support HR operations and office administration in Tuas.
Key Responsibilities
Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to the Singapore Employment Act.
Assist in payroll processing, data entry, and reporting using HRMS (Infotech System).
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including course sourcing and scheduling.
Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day functions and ad-hoc HR projects.
Oversee monthly procurement of stationery and pantry supplies.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records across systems.
Assist in organizing meetings, company events, coffee talks, and engagement activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Prior background in HR support, administration, and work pass application processes.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Infotech System (HRMS, Payroll, Leave, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Regulations Knowledge: Strong understanding of MOM regulations and the Singapore Employment Act.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently and proactively.

Location: Tuas South (Office-based)
