Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating databases.
  • Assisting in the audit process and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Performing general administrative duties related to the finance department.
