Responsibilities
Key Purpose
We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As a Maintenance Executive, you will track, maintain and perform inspection and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Plant machinery and equipment
Maintain spare parts inventory
Raise ePR /Capex to maintain spare parts inventory and other services
Manage the HSE, SOP & SWP within Maintenance Department
Track and maintain maintenance schedule and records
Co-ordinate with contractors & suppliers for services and repair
Ensure Plant / equipment required licenses or inspection certificates are up to date
Inspect the portable electrical tools and equipment on the monthly basis
Plan and manage Maintenance Budget
Any other work assigned by supervisor and management
Perform inspection activities in other plant and depots
Follow up on documentation where required
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
Experience in working with a power rating of up to 415Vac, has knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical works, and able to read technical drawings is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office application
Good interpersonal and communication skills
May be required to stay communicated after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary
Able to work on weekends as and when required, depending on operational requirements
