Full Time EV Technicians Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in DIMENSI CARMART SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and motivated EV Technician to join our Service Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, inspections, diagnosis, and repairs of electric vehicles (EVs), while ensuring all vehicles are maintained in good condition and delivered with the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, safety inspections, and repairs for electric vehicles.
• Diagnose and identify technical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Carry out mechanical and EV-related work, including brakes, suspension, tyres, batteries, and other vehicle components.
• Conduct proper inspections and troubleshooting according to the required procedures.
• Complete job reports, inspection forms, and service documentation accurately.
• Explain vehicle issues, findings, and repair requirements directly to customers when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure all tools and equipment are used properly.
• Follow all company, safety, and EV service procedures.
• Work closely with the Service Advisor and team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend online and physical technical training provided by the company/manufacturer.
• Complete online training, assessments, and system-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Age: 20 – 40 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the EV (Electric Vehicle) field.
• Good knowledge of EV systems, vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and basic repair procedures.
• Computer literate and comfortable using online systems and applications, as online training and assessments will be required.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Able to explain technical issues and vehicle findings clearly to customers.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Hardworking, committed, and genuinely interested in building a career in the EV automotive industry.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to attend both online and physical training when required.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for someone who is serious about the job, hardworking, disciplined, willing to learn, and confident in dealing directly with customers. Good communication skills are essential as the Technician may be required to explain the cause of vehicle issues and technical findings directly to customers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
