Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised HR Executive – Event Planner to work closely with our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Managers in planning and executing strategic employee events, engagement programmes, and key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Events & Employee Engagement
-Plan, coordinate, and execute internal HR events, employee engagement programmes, company activities, and external events.
-Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, budget tracking, vendor negotiations, catering, equipment, and other arrangements.
-Coordinate with external HR vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure smooth event delivery.
-Prepare event invitations, manage registrations and RSVPs, and promote company initiatives and cultural celebrations.
-Collect employee feedback and evaluate event effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
-Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
-Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
-Strong organisational, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
-Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
-Candidates with event planning or event coordination experience will be given priority.
-Available to start immediately or at short notice.
