Full Time Bakery Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in CL Bakery Selangor - Maukerja

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior baking experience are welcome to apply.

Candidates with at least 1 year of baking experience or basic baking knowledge will have an added advantage.

Passionate about baking and willing to learn and develop baking skills.

Basic understanding of baking techniques is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Willing to learn and work under the guidance of the Baker/Senior Baker.

Familiar with basic kitchen or baking equipment is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Assist the Baker/Senior Baker in preparing and producing bread, pastries, and other baked goods.

Assist with ingredient preparation, dough mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing according to recipes and standards.

Assist in preparing and storing ingredients and products for the following day.

Assist in monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks of baking ingredients.

Ensure baking equipment, tools, and workstations are properly cleaned and maintained.

Practice good housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Follow all food hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards and procedures.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Baker, Supervisor, or Manager from time to time.
