We are seeking an AI Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered system integration projects. The role combines full-stack engineering, Google Cloud Platform, Generative AI, and technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, technical design, development, deployment, and support across AI, cloud, applications, data, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Lead the design of GenAI, multi-agent, and agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments.
• Establish LLMOps, AI evaluation, model monitoring, and Responsible AI practices.
• Define foundation model selection and fine-tuning strategies considering data, cost, performance, security, and governance.
• Lead full-stack development using Python/Java/Golang/Node.js and React/Angular/Vue.
• Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and integrations.
• Design and deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Cloud SQL, IAM, Secret Manager, and Cloud Armor.
• Leverage Vertex AI, Gemini/LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI services to build enterprise AI solutions.
• Establish AI-assisted development standards and effectively use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Cloud Code Assist/Gemini.
• Review AI-generated code and ensure security, quality, testing, maintainability, and compliance.
• Drive CI/CD, containerization, DevOps, monitoring, observability, and cloud security practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical direction across full-stack, AI, and cloud development.
• Act as a senior technical interface for clients, architects, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solutioning, estimations, technical workshops, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and Responsible AI standards.

Requirements

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, system integration, or solution delivery.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or equivalent role.
• 3+ years leading medium-to-large cloud and AI projects.
• Experience in System Integration or Consulting environments is highly preferred.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Python/Java/Golang/Node.js and React/Angular/Vue.
• Architecture: Microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, and integrations.
• GCP: Strong hands-on experience with core GCP services, GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, IAM, and security services.
• AI/GenAI: Vertex AI, Gemini/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, model evaluation, and monitoring.
• Agentic AI: Experience designing production-grade multi-agent/agentic AI systems.
• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Cloud Code Assist/Gemini, or equivalent.
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Data: BigQuery, SQL/NoSQL, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data integration.
