Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding documentation
Assist with attendance, leave, payroll and other HR-related matters
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups
Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and other staff correspondence
Maintain and update employee information and HR records
Provide general administrative support, including office supplies, documents, filing and coordination with vendors
Assist with company events, staff activities and other ad-hoc HR or administrative matters
Ensure HR and administrative processes are carried out accurately and in accordance with company policies
About you
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
Familiar with basic HR processes and Singapore employment practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
