• Minimum 3–5 years of middle management experience in the pharmaceutical trade.

• Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.

• Degree in Pharmacy or another discipline is preferred.

• Must own a car for work-related travel.

• Good knowledge of sales management, market planning and budgeting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and organisational skills.

• Results-oriented with the ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets.

Sales Management & Business Planning

• Plan, manage and monitor sales team performance to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Develop market plans for existing products and new product launches.

• Prepare annual sales budgets and business plans supported by SWOT analysis.

• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach and motivate sales team members to improve performance.

• Guide team members in achieving individual and departmental sales objectives.

• Work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and expand market share.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and organise sales promotions and marketing activities.

• Support business growth through effective sales strategies and market development.
