Full Time Equipment Integration (EI) Engineer Jobs, in UST Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a SECS/GEM Integration & Automation Engineer to support equipment automation, testing, qualification, and integration activities in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SECS/GEM equipment integration, testing, qualification, and certification.
• Configure equipment interfaces, recipe management, and parameter control systems.
• Support equipment buy-off activities, including FOAK, SOAK, and equipment relocations.
• Troubleshoot automation-related issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, equipment, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E4, E5, E30, E37.1, E142).
• Hands-on experience with equipment integration and automation testing.
• Knowledge of Recipe Management Systems (RMS) and Parameter Control Management (PCM).
• Familiarity with Oracle/SQL databases.
• Basic programming experience in C# or Java.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing automation.
• Exposure to equipment controllers and factory host systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for test plans and validation activities.
