Responsibilities

BearyFun Gym is an established school specializing in recreational gymnastics for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Operating for 17 years, it runs programs in over 70 preschools and multiple branches across Singapore, nurturing confident, healthy children in a fun, non-competitive environment.
Job Summary
You will support daily gym operations by welcoming children and parents, managing enquiries and payments, maintaining accurate payment records, sanitizing equipment, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and register children attending classes to ensure smooth class start
Communicate clearly and courteously with parents during handover of children
Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries to provide excellent service
Process and record payments for classes to maintain accurate financial records
Update payment records in accounting systems to ensure data accuracy
Sanitize gym equipment regularly to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Perform assigned ad hoc duties to support daily gym operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficient in MS Office to efficiently manage administrative tasks
ITE or Diploma holder in any related field to support operational knowledge
Demonstrate a fun and energetic personality to engage with children and parents
Show genuine interest in working with children to foster a positive environment
Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear interactions with customers
BearyFun Gym is an established school that specialises in recreational gymnastics programmes for the past 17 years, providing gymnastics programmes for children aged between 18 months to 12 years old. We believe in equipping young children with essential movement skills and nurturing them to be confident children with healthy bodies and alert minds in a fun and non-competitive environment.
