What You'll Do

Maintain and improve Quality & Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)

Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage customer complaints, quality claims, and root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and other quality tools

Drive production quality improvement through SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process capability analysis

Support customer compliance requirements such as RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and other regulatory standards

Represent Quality in New Product Development (APQP), PPAP submission, product validation, and customer approvals

Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality excellence

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or equivalent

3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing, tooling, precision machining, or related industries

Strong knowledge of:

APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA & Control Plans

ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

Experience with quality inspection equipment such as CMM, profile projector, height gauge, and hardness tester

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
