Full Time Procurement Project Manager (contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,500 in OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This is a contract role ending on 31 March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.
• Track procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Work closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Support other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing through to evaluation and award.
• Preferably familiar with Government procurement policies, processes and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good documentation and minute-taking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow through on tasks to completion.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
