Full Time CHEF DE PARTIE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Oriental Crystal Hotel Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise junior chefs / commisses in the assigned section
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu requirements
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Assist in menu planning and seasonal menu updates
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control wastage
• Train and guide junior staff in cooking techniques and service standards
• Support special events and banquet preparations as required

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
