Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,800 in Gordon Engineering & Construction Sarawak - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand architectural, structural, civil and M&E drawings
• Carry out site measurements, levels and setting out
• Calculate and estimate construction material quantities
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly work progress
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers and different trades
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery and equipment in advance
• Check workmanship and ensure works follow drawings and quality standards
• Identify and solve site issues before they cause delays
• Ensure site safety, housekeeping and proper site organisation
• Maintain daily site records, progress photos and reports
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineer, Consultant, subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience preferred
• Strong practical construction knowledge
• Able to read construction drawings
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day site operations
• Knowledge of Auto Level, Laser Level or Total Station is an advantage
• Proactive, responsible and able to plan ahead

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
