Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will monitor student attendance and behaviour, support discipline and intervention programmes, conduct safety patrols, maintain records, and assist the Discipline Committee in a secondary school setting.
Responsibilities
Monitor student attendance and late arrivals, and follow up on persistent cases to improve punctuality
Assist with managing student discipline by documenting incidents and coordinating follow-up actions
Support at-risk students through intervention programmes and conduct home visits with school staff to ensure student welfare
Conduct school and neighbourhood patrols to monitor safety and prevent smoking and vaping activities
Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports to support the Discipline Committee’s administrative needs
Communicate effectively in spoken and written English to engage students and collaborate with school staff
Apply sound judgement and empathy when handling student behaviour and discipline matters
Take clear and detailed notes during incidents and remain composed under pressure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a secondary school setting, preferably in student management, discipline, or pastoral care
