Job description:

- To respond promptly to customer inquiries via call, live chat and email, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products, orders, and services.

Remuneration Package: RM 3k - RM 3.5k (depends on exp)

(Other allowance will be discussed during the interview session)

Working Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran Sunway Velocity

Operation Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Working Day: 5 days’ work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basis.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
