Requirements
Language Skills:Proficiency inEnglish and Malay
Shift Flexibiliity : 12.00pm - 8.00pm (Monday - Friday) / 9.00am-6.00pm (Monday-Saturday)
Adaptability: Openness to undergo intensive product and system training (typically 2 weeks) to master campaign-specific knowledge.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-pressure environments.
Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for contract positions
Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Manage outbound customer interactions via voice calls, emails, chat system
System Proficiency: Accurately record customer data and interaction logs using various CRM tools
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed campaign-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Average Handling Time (AHT), Answer Rate, and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
Data Integrity: Strictly adhere to data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of customer databases and sensitive project information
