Maintain daily work records, attendance reports, operational documents, and other relevant records.

Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, where applicable.

Monitor the proper use and maintenance of company equipment, tools, and materials.

Prepare regular reports on staff performance, work progress, and operational matters for management review.
