Job Description

Responsibilities

At Tetsuyu, we develop digital solutions that support community and eldercare providers. Our CARES suite connects clinical, operational and administrative workflows across nursing homes, home care, senior care centres and other care settings.

We are looking for a Business Analyst and Project Delivery Executive who combines strong business analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement skills with a practical understanding of software systems.

You will work with healthcare professionals, operational leaders, our account managers, product and engineering teams to understand needs, define workable solutions and guide implementations through to adoption. You will also help us improve how we deliver projects through better documentation, standardisation and automation.

About the role

You will own the business analysis and implementation coordination for assigned projects, from discovery and requirements through configuration planning, testing, training and go-live.

Healthcare workflows require careful investigation. Different stakeholders may have conflicting priorities, requirements may initially be unclear, and small system changes can affect care delivery, billing or reporting. You should enjoy asking thoughtful questions, working through detail and helping people reach clear decisions.

What you will do

Understand workflows and define requirements

Facilitate discovery sessions with clinical, operations, finance, IT and management stakeholders.

Map current workflows, identify underlying problems and propose practical improvements.

Distinguish essential requirements from preferences, and assess opportunities to use existing product capabilities before recommending customisation.

Translate findings into clear requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and configuration specifications.

Identify exceptions, dependencies and downstream effects, including implications for data, integrations, billing and reporting.

Secure agreement on requirements and maintain traceability through changes, testing and acceptance.

Manage implementation and delivery

Maintain project plans covering milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, risks and client decisions.

Coordinate with Customer Engagement, Product, Engineering, QA and After Sales to keep work moving.

Track outstanding actions and escalate delays, resource constraints and unresolved decisions early.

Assess change requests with the relevant teams and communicate their impact on scope, effort and timelines.

Coordinate data migration preparation, configuration requirements, integration readiness and go-live checklists.

Prepare and coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring that scenarios reflect real workflows and exceptions.

Coordinate training, readiness reviews and handover to support.

Build alignment across stakeholders

Establish working relationships with client sponsors, project champions, frontline users and internal teams.

Explain technical constraints and solution options in language appropriate to the audience.

Facilitate discussions where priorities differ, document decisions and follow through on commitments.

Communicate progress, risks and required actions clearly, including when expectations need to be reset.

Help clients understand and adopt changes to their workflows.

Make delivery more repeatable

Develop reusable discovery guides, requirements templates, migration mappings, test scenarios and training materials.

Use project tools and approved AI or automation tools to reduce repetitive administration, with appropriate review and protection of client information.

Capture lessons from implementations and turn them into improvements to our product, processes and knowledge base.

Help new colleagues learn through structured documentation and knowledge sharing.

What you bring

Typically 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in software implementation, business analysis, technology consulting or project delivery. Candidates with equivalent practical experience are welcome.

Demonstrated experience taking a software project or substantial workstream from requirements through testing and go-live.

Strong business analysis skills, including workflow mapping, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria and change impact assessment.

Practical project management skills: planning work, managing dependencies, tracking risks and securing timely decisions.

Confident written and verbal communication, including facilitating workshops and handling difficult conversations constructively.

Enough technical understanding to discuss software behaviour, databases, data mapping, APIs and integrations with engineers, and explain their implications to clients.

A genuine interest in healthcare, ageing and how technology can improve the working lives of care teams.

A structured approach, attention to detail and willingness to investigate unfamiliar problems.

A qualification in information systems, computer science, engineering, health informatics or a related discipline is helpful. We also welcome applicants from other backgrounds who can demonstrate the required capabilities.

Experience that would be especially useful

Healthcare, community care, eldercare, EMR or enterprise software implementation.

SQL, API testing tools, data validation or previous software development experience.

Data migration, system integration and configuration of business applications.

User training, change management and adoption.

Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar delivery tools.

Creating reusable implementation processes or introducing useful automation.

How you work

You listen carefully, ask why and check assumptions. You can move between detailed workflow discussions and the wider project objectives. You take ownership while recognising when a decision needs clinical, commercial or technical input.

You are comfortable challenging requests respectfully, explaining trade-offs and seeking agreement. You make risks visible early and build shared knowledge so that successful delivery does not depend on one person.

What success looks like

Requirements are clear, agreed and usable by development and testing teams.

Project progress, risks and decisions are visible, with fewer late surprises.

Users can complete agreed workflows and are prepared for go-live.

Handover is complete and responsibilities are understood.

Each implementation contributes reusable knowledge and reduces avoidable manual work.

Why join Tetsuyu

You will work closely with healthcare providers and see how your work affects everyday care delivery. You will have the opportunity to shape both our solutions and the way we implement them as the business grows.

When applying

Please include a brief example of a software implementation you contributed to: the problem, your responsibilities, how you handled a difficult requirement or stakeholder situation, and the outcome.

note: This position is open to candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore without requiring employer-sponsored work passes.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
