Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic assessments to identify eligible patients for the study.
  • Perform consent-taking, baseline and outcome assessment.
  • Administration of study questionnaires.
  • Perform 6-monthly telephone calls for outcomes during the study period.
  • Coordinate the care for patients with other providers (health coach, dietitian etc.).
  • Arrange for follow-ups, laboratory tests and procedures as scheduled or ordered by the care team.
  • Perform accurate research documentation
  • Send reminders for appointments and track, recall and reschedule of defaulted appointments.
  • Manage subject reimbursement and ensure proper tracking of budget utilisation.
  • Facilitate the completion of Physician Management Checklist by Physicians.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing , or Bachelor Degree in Life Science, Medical Sciences and/or related medical fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior knowledge in NGMER and prior experience as CRC will be an added advantage.
