Full Time Commis chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in SGYS ENTERPRISE Selangor - Maukerja

• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, fruits, and proteins.
• Mise en Place: Gather, measure, and organize ingredients and tools before service begins.
• Station Support: Assist senior chefs with basic cooking tasks, plating dishes, and running a specific kitchen station.
• Stock & Inventory: Receive incoming deliveries, rotate stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method, label containers with dates, and track inventory shortages.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Sanitize workstations, follow HACCP and food safety regulations, properly store food, and handle closing clean-downs.

Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
