Client Care Specialist
Location: East Singapore
Schedule: 6 days/week (Includes Weekends & PH)
Responsibilities
Manage daily walk-in customer enquiries to provide timely and effective service
Oversee data management and correspondence with company suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows
Collaborate with team members to build and strengthen the company’s client care team
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the company’s client experience processes
Communicate clearly in English to assist a diverse range of clients and partners
