Full Time Head Chef Assistant — Kitchen Assistant / Helper Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Wudu Hot Pot Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Able to speak Mandarin, with the ability to understand and execute work instructions in Mandarin.

Kitchen work experience preferred; candidates with hotpot or Mandarin restaurant experience are highly preferred.

Preferred candidates should be familiar with food handling, ingredient preparation, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Diligent, hardworking, responsible, and possesses good teamwork spirit.

Willing to learn kitchen operational procedures and strictly adhere to food safety standards.

Able to work shift rotations, weekends, and public holidays.

Assist in preparing ingredients, condiments, soup bases, and sauces.

Responsible for handling and sorting raw ingredients including meat, seafood, and vegetables.

Prepare ingredients according to standard portion sizes and recipes to ensure consistent food quality.

Cooperate with front-of-house order flow to ensure prompt food serving.

Check ingredient freshness, expiration dates, and storage temperatures.

Execute First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles and stock inventory checks.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work stations, utensils, and equipment.

Comply with food safety, personal hygiene standards, and kitchen SOPs.

Assist the Head Chef in monitoring food wastage, stock replenishment, and daily prep status.
